Mr. Vost is currently the Chairman of Cervantes, Baraka Energy & Resources Ltd and Managing Director of New York Securities Pty Ltd. Mr Vost has been involved in public companies for the past 20 years and has served on the Board of several companies as well as being involved in the securities dealing business since 2001.

Justin Vost
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Vost has a Diploma in Financial Markets and is currently involved in the Capital Markets. Mr Vost also has experience in Mining, Manufacturing and Business Management within Australia & overseas. Mr. Vost is also a Non-Executive Director of Baraka Energy & Resources Ltd and Cervantes Corporation Limited.

Timothy Clark

Mr. Clark has served the financial industry for over 7 years, gathering a diverse knowledge in Capital Markets. He brings with him experience from serving on a number of boards including a boutique advisory firm and managed fund, and offers JV Global an array of opportunities both domestically and internationally.

Mr. O'Neill is Company Secretary to a number of listed companies and is a partner in Jackson Greeve, Certified Practicing Accountants & Business Advisors. Mr. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Business Degree & is a qualified CPA.
